Dyno results...added Toda header and Spugen exhaust!!!!!!!!
OK guys here it is....
Dyno run 3 was in January....She was stock except for an AEM CAI.....
Dyno run 6 was this morning....added Spugen Ver.2 Ti dual and Toda header.....
Needless to say I was very disapointed with the peak gains....however at 6k rpm she went from 153.0 to 162.8 (a gain of almost 10hp), and my air fuel ratio has leveled out quit a bit.....
I was shooting for a minimum of 10hp gains at peak!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Im considering adding a Greddy E-manage to try to tune some more HP out of her....
$2000 for header and exhaust......

That is peculiar that you didn't increase your peak hp.
I wish you could've done each item individually just to see if the mid-range gains were mostly from the header or the exhaust (and also to see if one component was making gains and the other is causing losses).
Thanks for posting, though. This is good info to have.

Pretty hard to make a comparison because of the timing/- lack of individual changes as mentioned earlier/temps etc...
Not a flame - but I don't see why anyone would really expect big power differences from a header/exhaust combo.

Remove the cat and tune fuel. When Prolene switched from Mugen to Toda we had to add a ton of fuel to get it back to normal and it picked up 10 hp in the process.
I sold my Mugen header for a reason...

UL, my tuner did mention that the car wanted more fuel in the low end.
What do you recommend in terms of adding fuel? Once done, can a VAFC tune it out, or would one need a different ECU?

The AFRs look one hell of a lot better, but something still seems off. With the increased AFR, I expect to see a larger jump in HP/tq than what's showing. The header seems to be doing what it's supposed to do, but when combined with the higher-flowing exhaust, I expect it to do that job better than what it has. A piggyback computer would help lean out the mixture a bit more, but the new ratios don't leave a whole lot of room for play...
