Default Dumbest Question Ever

bought an '02 s2000 yesterday and didn't get a manual with it. apparently i've also contracted some mental disability since yesterday and couldn't find the gas release lever. please help, so i don't feel so retarded...

To the left of the drivers seat. When you open the driver side door look to your left.. there is a little pull button for your gas cover.. its kind of below where you pull the seat belt out...

You're going to hate asking this after you find it.

Look between the driver's seat and the striker for the driver's door.

Honestly, did you take a minute to look for it?

ha ha ha ha ha it remindes me of the story of my dad

my dad took my car for a ride and went to gas station to fill the tank
didnt know where the button was for gas tank... stayed there for like 30 mins trying to figure out where..... and somebody reported him as a car theif.....

i had to come to the gas station to verify that it is my dad and i let him borrow the car ..

I couldn't find mine either!! They hide it pretty well. Had to call my friend to tell me where it was.

to those of you who actually answered, thank you very much. to those of you that laughed, come on, the freakin' inner door. but seriously, i drive a mazda protege 5. my buddy who wants to post on here b/c he just got an s2000 without his name being ridiculed didn't want to post that question b/c he actually wants to post. so you guys that laughed...you're tough.

i guess it's true about guys that drive these cars, they have to make up for something that's lacking in their life and in their pants. i'm not a nube to message boards so don't lecture me on use. this message board is horrendous. have a nice life in your tiny cars.

you post a thread with this title, and dont expect to get a few off-humor comments? please.

mine came with fumes in the tank when i bought it used, i was seconds away from pulling out the instructions when i decided to pull on some random button i found, pop!

this was after parking with the wrong side of the car facing the pumps.
