drove my car today
i usually stay put to answer the phones, emails and PMs so i haven't touched her in weeks. but today was such a hot day i figure i'd take her out for some errands. she danced and sang her 9000rpm song, the forged black spoon wheels happily spun and chirped through the gears, and i smiled and grinned like a 10 year-old with a new toy.
it's amazing what a couple of weeks of not driving her can do for the mind

I have not driven my S2000 since it's first birthday, August 31. After the top was slashed, I parked it in my warehouse at work to await repair. On the following Monday, much-needed street reconstruction began and the contractor completely removed all 12" of pavement on the street. My car is trapped until they replace the asphalt. Once the street is fixed, I have to hand my car over to the upholstery shop for three days so they can fix the top. This sucks.

Damn Mingster, even I drive my car at least once a week. Don't know how you could stay away from the car for that long.
Looks like today is going to be a killer day too. Are you going to take her out again???

Hey Rich--
I for one would be perfectly satisfied if you didn't respond to my e-mail, phone call or PM for an hour or so if, when you did get back to me, you said, "I was taking a break to drive my s2k."
I'm sure most of us on this forum feel that way. Right, fellow members?

in an environment where products are similar and similar vendors compete for a finite amount of consumers, there aren't much room to maneuver except for me to try and differentiate myself from the rest of the pack, right?
