I don't hint. I say what I think outright, and I did. This is advice I would give anyone interested in a car in another region. Make friends with someone in that city or region.

...or use an inspection service. Used one to buy my AP2 since it was in Indiana. Nearly bought an out of town Boxster earlier this year after it passed a thorough and detaled inspection but ended up finding a better deal locally.
