Does the s2k have a rev limiter for cold starts?

is there any other vtec car that has this safety feature? ITR? nsx?

Don't thrust those fools. This limiter is a fairytale, as the secret compartment or the fuel door opener are.

This is wrong....you have operational oil pressure within 10 seconds of start up, the cut off is designed to prevent damage due to varying internal tolerances during the warm up period.

VTEC won't crossover if you do not have sufficient oil preasure, but this is seperate from the cold-engine rev-limiter.

You engine is screwed. You may as well order a new one from Honda now.
