What makes you think it may have been in an accident? How can you tell from looking at those pictures?

hood fitment looks kinda off in the pics, but that could just be the angle...

My guess is that what's making the hood look funny in the pictures is the rubber that is between the hood and the fenders and bumper. Looks normal to me.

What do you mean you're going to check it out? You bought it.

It would be extrememly tough to tell in pics unless there was something blatant like painted faux vents on the front bumper. I agree, the hood looks slightly off, but it may just be an adjustment issue. It's so easy to check the VIN stickers in person that its not worth agonizing over the pictures. Those stickers will be your dead give-away, or at least the most notable indicator.

advise him before you leave that if any of the green VIN stickers are missing, you won't buy the car. have him confirm they are there.

they are on the:
hood
front bumper
rear bumper
left door itself
right door itself
right door jamb
left door jamb
trunk lid
right fender
left fender

then, tell him that if they are not there when you arrive, he will receive 5 kicks in the groin. this is legally acceptable if he accepts in writing, hehe.

One thing I did notice in the pics is, on the driver side shot (below) the S2000 emblem is missing right by the side marker, yet on the other side it's there.

You should ask the owner what's up with that?

Good luck on that, I saw it on the autotrader. I emailed the guy but he didn't respond. Great price!

well i bought it only if its exacly as stated in the auction.
maybe im just paranoid... I just dont want to get ripped off... im paying in full and i worked hard to make that kind of money thats why
The time to be paranoid was before you bid on it. You've entered into a contract and if you back out now it will be a huge problem. There's probably nothing wrong with the car at all, and you'll probably be thrilled with it, but you should have understood what you were doing before you bid.
