Is it just me, or does the paint tone on the front bumper not match the hood and fenders in the straight on pic? It just looks a bit off. It's really hard to tell from the pics though. I'd take a long hard look for any indication of front end damage.
Paint never settles as good as we would like it to on ABS plastic, rather than Aluminum or something.

White is the easiest to see it on.

Go look at your bumper under light, and Im sure it will have the same kind of thing

And as for the rotors, go pick up a new set. You can get all 4 slotted/ cross drilled for about $250 on EBAY

Car looks clean

def. doesn't look good... if you're ever in doubt (when it's not as obvious), there are tools you can check it with, even if it still looks good

Wouldn't be a deal breaker for me if the price was right.

Don't go by the paint looking off. Look at a car from factory, the bumpers and plastic pieces look different then the metal painted parts to a keen eye. Pictures have the effect of enhancing this difference sometimes. A truer check would be to take a paint depth analyzer to it to search for paint depth!

My 2 cents...

Remember, paint adheres much differently to plastic than it does metal. If you look closely at many cars off the assembly line you can see the slight difference in paint color. Ive noticed it on just about every acura TL ive came across, especially the rear bumpers.
