Does anyone know the history of this sk2
Don’t know much about the car the but the previous owner had sent me a message that this car wasn’t worth it and it has a issue with water running I got he trunk and that the car was abused after he sold it maybe one you guys have seen in it in person in the PA areas

I'm assuming he means the one in the picture? And is hoping someone recognizes it?
But hard to know if it is worth it. Depends on how much they are asking. Water in the trunk is a common thing. IF the trunk is not rusted out, then you can fix that pretty easily. Prices are high on these so not sure what to say on whether it is worth it or not.

Here's the best info on the car's history I can give you:
Since it's an AP2, it was built at Honda's Suzuka plant in Japan.
If you can find out the previous owner's User name on this site, you should be able to find out a lot more about the car through his posts.
You could ask on your regional forum, where the users are limited to your region. If others started doing what you did by posting here, this forum would become a waste of time.
In the unlikely event the previous owner registered his car on the S2000 Registry, you could check your year and VIN to see if it's there:

Here is the same gray s2000 on a giveaway on their homepage. Video linked below also shows it with the same plate. And I believe thats a temp plate they use it on all their videos, see evo video below, same plate:
