All, here are some amuse questions?

Why is the R1000 less expensive when it has better flow and lighter than the R1 single?
Why does the R1 single cost the same as an R1 dual?

J

turbo, thanx I have been shoping you guys for a while. Dan has been answering my questions.
I am thinking AEM CAI, AEM EMS and Amuse R1 Header & Exhast, everything should work on an 04 right?

I have asked this question to several amuse resellars and the single flows better and gains a few more hp over the dual.

Why do you guys assume the R1 uses less material then the R1000? The one has a resonator while the R1000 does not. The resonator is the reason for the added costs. The R1000 has maybe a foot more piping but it's straight piping not really harder to make. The added resonator makes for more welds, so more work.

turbo_pwr, we're talking about why the single and dual r1 cost the same. obviously the dual is harder to make and uses more material, so why is it the same price as the easier to make(and straight-through design) single r1?
