does anybody else hear this sound....
when I back up (I usually don't drive my car during the week) and apply the brakes to stop from moving backwards, I hear kind of a clunk/click sound. It seems that it only does this after sitting for a few days. I'm thinking it might be the parking break not releasing all the way or something. Anybody else have this problem?

Minie does this too, and I drive my S every day. It only does it in the morning. My guess is that a slight layer of rust forms over the rotors which causes the slight clunking noise when the brakes are applied...

Do you change your own brake pads? If you do, when you're working on the rears try sliding the pads back and forth in the caliper. You'll notice there's a small bit of slack - the sound you're hearying, I believe, is the pad smacking the caliper bracket. Not a big deal.
