Does anybody else have a problem with their headlights blinding others?

I had the car for about a week and decided on a mini-trip over to the coast. I lost count of how many times I was flashed on the very hilly/twisty return road.
I took the car into Honda to have them adjusted...The dealer tells me they're adjusted "right in the middle".

Kook,
I had wondered that as well. I thought it was mostly because of the car boucing on the rough roads we have here in Iowa. I live in Des Moines as well. The last month has not had the best weather to be driving the S and since I just got mine at the end of January I have cursed the weather man most mornings.
