Default Does the 2004 rear bumper have perfect fitment

I was over at my girlfriends house and her dad accidentally backed into my car. The main part of the damage consists of just scratching up the rear bumper. His insurance is going to cover it. I plan on ordering an 04 bumper but I want to make sure it has perfect fitment. The guy at the body shop said that he will not do it if it requires lots of modifications. I tried searching but I waded through about 15 pages without any luck. I may have overlooked it but it will be very helpful if someone could tell me about the fitment and whats involved in putting on an 04 bumper. A link would be helpful as well. Thanks a lot,

I believe there are some other things that will need to be changed along with the bumper, like the rear splash shields and maybe some other trimming. You might want to check out this: Hardtopguy's Website I believe he has listed everything you need to change it over.

****EDIT**** After checking his website all you will need is a couple of extra brackets. No splash shields...That's only for the front.

Thanks alot for the post. What is involved with the extra brackets. Is there a certain bracket I can buy somewhere? Im just pretty much asking....Is it a PITA to do? If someone could just give me a little more details on the brackets, it would help me out a lot. Thanks,
