Does the 06 model sit higher than the 04/05's ?

Quick... I don't think there's any suspension settling in our cars. Are you positive you got the spacers out (as I recall, they were placed in between each coil of the springs, so maybe you missed one of the loops?).
If the spacers are definitely out, don't worry! I suggest getting used to the car and in a few months decide if you want to go with some aftermarket springs...

The tech had the car on the lift yesterday morning...he only noticed the front drivers side had a spacer left in it, then I also heard from someone in service that there are only 2 spacers in the front, not the rear??? I think that was coming from a service advisor, not a tech...

AFAIK there are spacers on all four springs, quick, when the car is shipped from the factory. Do you have a floor jack in your garage? It's easy to double check these bozos.

I work @ a cor dealer, so I can have the car on a lift I did just closely examine my co-workers car which is outside (04 w/ 17k) his sits lower in the rear than mine and just about the same height as mine in the front (as of a few days ago he did have 5 boxes of tile in the trunk), don't know about today though...I will look into this...maybe it is just me

It's probably NOT you, quick. Your dealer sounds like a bozo (unless *you're* the dealer, in which case he sounds like a great guy )
Seriously, put the focker up on the lift and run your hand up and down the springs. Grab a flashlight and look closely. 99% sure you'll find there's spacers in the rear, man. Set these guys straight; it's not rocket science!
