Suzuka Blue - 02'-03'. (Probably still in 04'.)
Monte Carlo Blue - Since MY2000-to current model year.
But Monte Carlo Blue isn't available in the US

I don't know about Monte Carlo Blue... because I'm not sure it was even offered in the states.
Suzuka Blue was introduced in 2002 and is also available in 2003...and looks like it will be available for 2004 as well.
