Default Do your floor mats PISS YOU OFF?!?

Since day one, my drivers side floor mat has REFUSED to stay in place....It is constantly curling on the side of the door and sliding up half way on the console side....IT IS SO ANNOYING....Does anyone else have this problem with their damn floormats or did I just get a shitty pair? Any suggestions / soulutions???

my driver's side floor mat does seem to have a nasty habit of moving. the peg on the left side keeps the mat from moving totally forward but the right hand side does not stay "flush" with the chassis brace below the seat.

i have thought about getting muz's beautiful one piece mats as they cover the brace and i am sure they would do a better job of staying in place.

i haven't done this yet because i need the red mats which are apparently harder to get and more expensive.

still, with black mats i would think this is the way to go.

I have the one piece floor mats from Muz.. Love them.. Just make sure you order them with the eye lit for the drivers side.. They will never move

I have the German three piece mats and am very happy with them. The stay in place so well that I leave them in at the track, and the quality of the carpet is good enough to still look new after over a year.

Mine pivots around too. they should have put two pegs in the floor or none at all.

Actually, the Muz mats (no offense, Muz) don't really stay in place either. I even punched a hole in mine for the peg to fit thorugh and it pretty much does the same thing as stock. I have been looking for something to "stick" them in place. Oh well, at least the carpet on the chassis brace isn't getting roughed up anymore.

I had the stock ones and now have the Muz mats. Neither of them moved around at all. I guess I am just a very 'calm' footed driver.

The drivers side mat moves a bit to the right (left hand drive) and kindof "scrunches" up against the center tunnel. It doesn't move but a 1/2 inch or so and it does not interfere with anything...just annoying.

I have the stock mats and they pivot just like everyone else has mentioned. However, I've placed an order for Muz floormats not because of that, but because my girlfriend is putting her feet on the passenger side crossbrace and is wearing out the carpet. Not for too much longer...
