Top down if I know I'll be driving it the next day. Top up if I won't be.

Of course, it's been top up under a cover since November

 

in the winter when i store the s2000 it's top up --

but during the summer the top is always down (but i have underground parking at work and home) (and if it's raining I take the other car)

 

+1 on this; much of the year top down except when parked at the office. If it's raining when I return to the garage, top up until next morning. Borderline situations where I'm top down in the afternoon and top up in the mornings, it can go either way.

Other car has not had the top up since the garage was built in 1994 except one multi-day drizzly trip in 1998.

 

I try to keep it up, keep flex from happening to much in the top. ive done had to take some beer coozies and wrap them around the tops frame to keep it from tearing a hole into it so much.
