I have a front license plate, but it's been sitting in the trunk for more than two years now. If I ever get stopped for lack of a plate, I'll explain that I couldn't bring myself to put it back on when I waxed it (true, but not the last time I waxed it). I'll then ask if it's more important to have the plate, which I can put back on it two minutes, or for the officer to get another ticket written. If I end up with a ticket, the officer will have to admit that having the plate in place is not more important than revenue.
Hopefully I'll never find out if that plan will actually work.

But if you're one of the a$$holes who doesn't use turn signals (perhaps you think it's not cool?) then I do hope you get pulled over for speeding, not having a front plate, failure to signal, and coasting through a stop sign
Some laws are just plain stupid, but some exist for valid reasons and shouldn't be ignored.
