I don't do it to mess with the police, but because the car looks better and runs better.

law requires it here in colorado, but i don't have one and have not been stopped.

i don't see how a plate affects the way a car runs, but it sure looks better goin commando.

My feeling is that the air flow is adversely affected by having that flat surface up front.

I voted "no" but I do have one. It is in a fancy, Walmart license plate holder sitting in the trunk. I think my OEM front plate holder broke and I'm waiting for a special order front holder to arrive ............. someday .

I don't have a front plate because:

1: its an eyesore on such a beautiful machine

2: it seems like more air gets to the engine - and it needs all it can get at 9krpm...

3: because when you're racing Stangs and Z28s down the freeway at... err, above the speed limit... the cops have nothing to aim their radar gun at - and that's usually a good thing
