^ or the intelligent. I DD my S in all conditions. I appreciate VSA in the rain and weather, and I appreciate at press of button I can disable when I want.

I know I can't be 100% focused during DD like one can be at the track. VSA very useful for these conditions.

I think one should be even more focused on the street than on the track. While the track is a higher speed event, it is more or less a controlled environment to a certain extent. In the street, expect the unexpected. For that, the VSA may be a help.

However, if one is driving an s2000 in the rain with good tires and not being reckless, There is no reason to fear the non VSA car/situation. Can anyone drive a car nowadays that doesn't have any of that electronic crap on?

On the Mid-A forum there is someone who apparently wrecked their s2000 going 20mph in a DAMP road. It wasn't even raining.... the car was pretty much destroyed. VSA won't cure lack of skill or recklessness.
