I usually leave it on. There have been a couple of times I have pushed it and was surprised the rear broke loose. It saved me from potential problems with opposing traffic. I was not looking for it to activate, am surprised when it does. Just a couple of weeks ago on a two lane mountain road I was shocked going 15mph on an uphill true hairpin that it went into understeer. First time I had seen that. Tires are Drizzles with good tread. Was really glad no one was there as I crossed the dividing line. I have not tracked the thing so I have a ways to go. Been driving rear wheel drive most of my 58 years.

It did save me once when I was pretty new to the car and a vehicle to my right made a surprise left turn into me to drive into a parking lot. It was a slam on the brakes and turn hard as you can; we both left the road to the left. I was a hand width distance from his fender.

I would always leave it on the public roads.

Agree... especially with last sentence.

At the track, always off however.

In snow I turn it off. It interferes to much to get it moving from a stop on any type of incline or flat ground even. (Still on re-11a even in the snow)

In the dry it depends on where I'm driving and how I'm driving. Back road it's off if I'm going at a moderate pace. If I'm on a familiar road and pushing it's off, unfamiliar on.

If I'm just cruising down the highway just leave it on it gets annoying having that light on my dash on.

This and I have my flashpro set to leave throttle alone on VSA engagement and only use brakes.

Additionally if you are engaging VSA then the driving needs to become smoother. You can get loose and not have VSA engage if all 4 wheels are drifting. That is why some keep it on at the track when they are just starting, it is a great barometer of how smooth you are.

On while doing the following:

Driving around looking for wolf urine to keep stray cats off my S2000,
Contemplating on how I can keep my antenna from looking like a limp willie,
Deciding on what I should name my S2000,
And playing with my S2000 Transformer at traffic lights.

Off for everything else.

Exactly.

Driving on a public roads always on, auto crossing the car its off. The track day is next on the list. I enjoy the option of having it on the car. It does teach you better driving habits when its on and if you push the car too hard.

i've always driven with tcs off in all my cars. funny enough, in all my cars the traction control off button would be the most worn button in the car!

my reasoning is, too many chefs spoil the broth. if i go to correct while my car also corrects. I'll have an over correction. Made buying my ap1 a whole lot easier.
