Dirt/dust does not know any color.

White wheels will show dirt better than some others colors.

White girls however...hide it quite well.

They don't get dirtier easier or more quickly per-se, but do show brake dust much more-so than do wheels of any other color. I alternate b/t stock, white stock, and bbs-lm, and find myself washing my car more often with the white wheels simply because the brake dust is more obvious. I wouldn't ever second guess the decision though, they look good!

on my other car i have the "green stuff" brake pads from ebc on the front and the oem's in the rear. the "green stuff" brake pads are supposingly better than stock and produce significantly less brake dust. if you saw the front and rear you'd definitely go with the aftermarket green stuff pads as is showcased quite dramatically on my rims...

Speaking from the fact that I own XD-9s in white. Yes, they dont get dirtier faster but show dirt and dust a lot quicker than any other color you will need to wash around twice a week to keep them clean or at least once a week.

AFAIK wheel colors do not discriminate against brake dust and all accumulate it at the same rate
