Do the naughty rag top rattle..........

Next time your top is down, grab the latch plate at the top of the windshield and try to wiggle it. It is loose? If it is, then it can be tightened. Get the dealer to do. It should be covered. OR, you can take off the plastic trim, remove each screw, put locktite on the threads and put them back.
As for the rattle behind the passenger seat, try to either move the seat back upright a couple of notches or move the seat up an notch or two. Also arrange the seat belt so it's not hitting anything.

I had a rattle behind the passenger seat that I thought was the rag top, but it just turned out to be a loose piece in the spare wheel. Tighted it up and no more rattle. Might be worth a try looking there.

I have both of these rattles as well. These is solved by fiddling with it's position. Sometimes it doesn't seem to "lock" into position. The roof I just treat the same as Chaz, it just seems to be part of the deal. Mine comes from the two thin bars tapping each other right above my head. I've gotten used to it and hardly notice it anymore
