looks good, I painted mine the same color on my berlina. It should look good behind the gunmetal CE28N's whenever they finally get here. Did you use the Follia Tec paint?

No, I'm based in the UK. We have a chain of auto shops here named Halfords. I bought some of their own brand caliper paint. The stuff is like treacle.

Personally, I like the look of the painting you have done. It adds a customized feeling for--I presume--a small expenditure.

Translation for other American readers: treacle = molasses.

Thanks for the comments. I will try & post a front wheel photo. The calipers on the front are larger, and more prominent.

FWIW, check out www.g2usa.com/wheel

Several owners report good results. It's on my "to do" list.

I was interested in doing either the Spoon or the Project MU calipers and since both only come in blue I did a little experimentation to see how the blue looked against my red... here you go:

I did however do the rears in black.
I don't like the way all four the same color look... I think just the fronts should have the attention.

So if you go with the red calipers... do only the the fronts, just my 2cents.

Wait! That photo is from the right-hand side. You said you painted the driver's side.

He's in the UK. That is the drivers side.

Looks good in the red. I think thats what I'd do. I have a silver S and will probably paint the calipers silver this summer. I think the calipers should match the body. I think they should be painted, but not stand out.

No flames, just my opinion.

When I polled the result stood at >80%, now after paint the front caliper only 68% - what have I done ? Seriously, the fronts do look better than the backs.
