One thing to also keep in mind is that this is a 1st year production for the vehicle even though they consider it refined. If I believe correctly, it includes a new engine, chassis, etc. So things like limp mode, transmission issues, paint quality, etc may all be future headaches. I have to give it to Nissan for always fixing those issues, even if they are minor. That is probably why the 07-08 models were the best for the z33. Wait until they at least announce a TSB for an oil cooler or release a model with one; that would be the safest route if your looking to keep MFG warranty.
