Do golf clubs fit in the trunk?
Hello all,
I don't own an S2K but plan on buying one when I return from Korea in July (I'm a Captain in the United States Army). Have not taken a test drive but have been living vicariously through all of your experiences. I do have one question.
Can you fit a set of golf clubs in the trunk of an S2K? What about two sets?
Thanks!

Last weekend, I fit two golf bags in my trunk(Very Tight). They were not tour size
bags.
The trick is to lay the bags opposite. One bag pointing left and the other bag right.
In additional while loading the bags into the very tight trunk, insert the top first holding the clubs so they don't slide out. If you have an extra long driver, you might
have to remove it from the bag. IMPORTANT! Check you clearance before attempting
to shut the trunk.
I really like how my golf shoes fit in the bottom.

Mine are in the trunk now, but not for long!
I have a Sun Mountain bag and one of the longer Callaway Hawkeye drivers. I found that it fits fine if I put the bottom of the bag in the drivers side of the trunk. There is a little pocket that allows the bag to go in further on that side...

Driver (of the car) and passenger fit in the cockpit and two sets of clubs fit in the trunk, if the bags are small. I've got a Taylor Made bag with built in stand and two of those will fit, but I have had to take the longer clubs out of the bag and put them in separately.
A day of golf, OK. I golf weekend, OK if you don't change clothes.

I have a big cart bag and it fits fine. If you get the CD changer, do not get it put in the stock location. Mount it in the toolbox, it saves some room.
