Different way of posting photos?

Two or three weeks ago some one posted their was a new and easier way to post your pics,who was it? and which thread, I have looked in the search and cannot find it.

You may be refering to my post about the new Photo Gallery feature coming soon. I hoped to hav it done already but other more important things jumped up.
