difference between S2K and NSX??

Default difference between S2K and NSX??
Has anyone had the chance to drive both of these cars to see if there really is much difference in driving. I know the NSX seems more sporty but is it worth the change from an S2K to a 91-94 NSX?

I have an 01 S2K and am deciding on whether or not to change.

no, not worth it. Why trade a 3 year old car for a 10-13 year old car?
