Just wondering why ap2 owners who envy the 9k can't destroke? If 9k is what makes the ap1 such a gem/masterpiece...then why don't ppl do it?

 

no need to destroke, just rev

 

they can buy a ap1 ecu and it'll be the same

and maybe if you destroke it to 1.4 it will rev to 12k!

 

why the fascination with higher than 8k revs ? there are other cars that will go higher, get one of them if that if high revs is what you want.

I really do wonder why the fascination with it as I don't understand it.
