Looks like these folks aree just going to deny it now that they thought they got away with a $100 hush money payout. If it had been me, I would've called the police over for a report unless they gave me at least $1000 or what I thought would've been fair to cover the damages.
In any case, they are responsible for the matter and thought they could fix it by giving you what amounts to be your deductible (I'm guessing). These people suck.
But I am afraid you made a mistake by accepting it.

There is an excellent body shop in Philadelphia called KARS that removed 5 dents on my Jetta for $150, an amzing job. I have a dent on each fender of my S2k, one is 1-1.5 inches long, I am not worried, I have seen his work, under $100 easy. I was really impressed with his work, its like they never happened, and he came to my dealership to do it while my car was in for service! great copany
