This hill is long and boring. No big dive, just a long boring hill. I parked the car at the top of the hill where it is the most even. I'm trying to say that if an E brake can't support its car(its home and one and only place it will ever be) on this pos of a hill, then something is obviously wrong with it.
I'm surprised to see that none of you guys really care about this, cause it seems like an issue that calls attention.
If the brake's are hella hot when I stop, I won't stop on a hill as I will just leave it in gear and NOT use the parking brake.

Sorry about your S, but all I was saying is that you did not pull hard enough on your parking brake...end of story.

A hill is a hill. Parking any manual transmission car, especially on a hill, requires a certain amount of operator responsibility and knowledge. (IE, park using ebrake AND leaving it in gear AND turning the front wheel against the curb - this is standard procedure in a "hill park". They teach this in every driving school.)
You are only "surprised" because it happened to you. Please don't blame the HILL or the E-BRAKE or HONDA for your own negligence.
I hope your insurance will cover it, but really, it's not Honda's fault.

That was standard practice,in the "Good old days",and it still applies today.
Sorry for your mishap, chalk that one on "experience".

We are not surprised because none of us would use the e-brake to hold a car, on a hill or otherwise. That's not it's purpose. Maybe Honda will forward you some text from the drivers education book for your state regarding how to park on a hill.
