Decent Replacment Tires?

Decent Replacment Tires?
Here's the deal: '06 S2000 with worn rear tires (OEM Bridgestone Potenza RE050). Front still has decent thread. Car is leased, and I'm planning on returning it in ~7 months.
What are some decent tires (balance of price and performance) to replace the OEM rear tires?
Ideally, I don't want to spend too much as I will be returning the car. But, I may also want to try out a track day... Therefore, I'm not certain how mixing/matching different tires will impact handling.
Let me know if any of you have suggestions.
Thanks!

this is going to be unpopular, but if you have anything ever besides just dry.... the bfg traction ta tires work great. i got them last year on the prelude and they are great. they hold very well, even in pretty heavy rain, i tried to slam the brakes to see what point they skid at and nothing.
of course they are not going to be the best, but for $100 each i think they are great. though right not i'm running them on the lude not the s, they well be more money on the s, but still good bang for the buck.
oh by the way, they even do pretty good in the snow

If you're not replacing all 4 tires, you should go with the same set of tires on the front (in your case the RE050s). The tread pattern and grip levels on tires are different and imho its dangerous to pair different tires between front and rear, this is especially important in the wet - if you plan on doing a track day, then I highly recommend you go with the same tires just for safety's sake.
Sure they're expensive, but is an extra $250 or so worth spending if it potentially saves you from getting into an accident which could cost thousands of dollars to fix, or worse cost you your life? Just my 2 cents...
If you want to replace all 4 tires, I would recommend the Dunlop Direzza Z1 Star Specs. They're a great tire for the price - stickier than the RE050s, although the ride quality is much harsher with these tires compared to the RE050s. I own them in 215/45/17 up front and 255/40/17 in the rear.
