Again, I would like to make a statement here.

I am not trying to bash or speak negatively of Alaniz Technologies - understanding that machine work is not an easy task. My sole purpose here is that S2Ki forums have always been very good to me, helping when I need help. I feel it is my responsibility to atleast return the favor to its members letting them know my direct situation with Alaniz.

Joe Alaniz does amazing head work - by all means, Joe's work is top notch!
[QUOTE=Black Nugget,Feb 17 2006, 03:54 PM]Alaniz Technologies used a belt sander when surfacing the head.

WTF?!?!?!

Alaniz Technologies
I'd have to agree - my feelings towards Alaniz Technologies 'top notch' work fell quite hard after having to have my head resurfaced by a local shop.

So is this just a port and polish job? How much does the S2K benefit from it?
Sorry to hear about the 2 month extra wait though, I know the feeling of having to wait much longer than promised for a part

Negative - it will be quite some time before my car is running again. With the way things are going right now, I am suspecting early 2007 as a release date.

If you have a moment you can view this thread. It is a build-up of my vehicle over time, showing pictures as it progresses.
