In the process of getting my tranny fixed I had some good and not so good experiences with the dealer and felt it was in our best interests to have a good relationship. They did tell me that Honda has informed them to pay special attention to the S2000 owners.
This thread is to discuss Owner Dealer Service department relationships. Hopefully this will improve the service we receive and provide a better mutual understanding of our needs.
Something to remember the S2000 is just as new to them as is to us.
My Service Department:
I had a few minor beefs with the dealership but I think we have a good understanding now. I asked for and received a meeting with the head tech and the service manager regarding what work was done and how it went. It exposed there lack of communication in the department and and how it was perceived by me.

My dealer sucks! I don't know why I keep going back there....probably because another dealership will be just the same way. If it wasn't a warrantee item I would be elsewhere!
They don't have care and respect for cars at least ours. They treat it like a toy civic not the car it is. I totally hate this and gave the Svc. mgr. a piece of my mind and said how dissapointed I was. Hopefully they will pay extra good attention to my car this time.
