Default Dealer Cost on Headrest Speakers?...

The local dealer here is charging $686 for headrest speakers installed...another dealer I talked with charges $887...

Does anyone know the actual dealer cost?

Mine cost $490 and $48 to install. I set this up at the time I ordered the car.

I bought it day fo puchase of car got it for $499 and installed for free though...BTW just a side note I know a lot of people say these speakers aren't worth it, but they quality of sound is mediocre, but the top-down driving with music experience much better... And I think they look cool cause people always notice that first somehow...Question to those that installed it alreay by the dealer are all the wires just hanging loose under the each seat and not tied up somewhere because I feel like honda did a cheap install purposely...

NOT TRYING TO JACK A THREAD, BUT DON'T WANT TO START A NEW ONE!

Mine were installed as per Honda's Job instructions. It took most of the day, the
back of the headrest has to be modified and the seats removed. The wires are threaded thru the back of the seat and then under the carpet. On mine you cannot
see any wires.

No wires showing on mine. The dealer did a first rate job.

Can you put the seats back as far with these installed as you can without them? It looks like the units may prevent you from doing so.
