After a night of rest, I took my S2K out again today for a few runs. First is to make sure that there are no leaks, and second to make sure that the coolant in the radiator was properly filled from yesterday's thermostat install.
Second impression of the Spoon (coated) header: More low end power! Beyond VTEC the car is the same, but below VTEC the car feels significantly more robust under acceleration. My feelings were confirmed by Platinum (who came over to have his FLCB installed) and Socal28 who both drove my car around a bit.

But, doesn't it loud? I don't know.. But I always assume it will make a big noise/vibration for the car.. Since you are not a big fan of loudness, how you like it now?

Is there any concern about not having a heat shield with an S2000 aftermarket header? Is the stock shield there to reduce underhood temps or to prevent cooking nearby hoses, wiring or other components?

how much $ are they (including heat shield..if there is one)?
MG Racing was selling the spoon spark plugs for $25. each!!! YOUCH... are they really worth it???
If spark plugs are $25 the header must be $4k
