Damnn CEL !
This is the 2nd time the damnn CEL came on and its the same code again...P0302 cylinder #2 misfire. Took it in for service on 3/1 and they said it was one of the spark plug recall. So they change the spark plug and everything was fine for a whole month. This morning, it came back on, took it to Autozone and then to the dealer. I explained to them about some of you guys that had similiar problems about the cylinder(s) misfire and how you guys have them replaced the fuel injectors. Well, later on the day, the service guy call me up and told me that the tech guy puts 10 miles on my car to test?? to see if the CEL would come on ( i could of do that). He also said they checked the plugs, injectors, and cylinders and everything was fine. He also said that sometime it just throw out some CEL code for no apparent reasons. Well, what make it worse is that they want to keep it overnite to see if the CEL will come back in the morining Anyone else have similiar problems??

I did about 5 months after it was delivered...it came on, I took it in, they reset it and it came back on about 3days later......they said it was the injectors and replaced them and it did not come back anymore.

I had CEL lights a few months ago. It turned out to be valves, a valve adjustment and they went away. Now I'm going to get valve adjustments done every 30k (the manual states a much longer interval, but I'm not taking the chances).
I had the misfire codes as well (all four cylinders in my case). Others have had the same codes and had it be the fuel injectors. If your car is rather high on the mileage, I'd recommend a valve adjustment, see if that fixes your problem.
10 miles makes sense for a CEL light issue. My CEL light issue took 10-20 miles before it would show up again after a reset. I wouldn't sweat that too much if they're trying to diagnose engine CEL light issues.

Well got my car back today and they put about 42 miles on it saying that they test drove it 3 diffrent times. They said that the code could have been caused by moisture from the gas tank (it was on 2 bars on the gas gauge when i brought it in) They added fuel additive?? and put 5 gallons of gas to perform test drive and codes never came back on. They couldn't find anything that causes the code P0302 to came on. I hope it does'nt come back on again...
