I've had mine now for three months and I love the thing. I drive it everyday to work, going out to parties, clubs, girls house, you name it! For those who are worring about space and shopping then you should not be in the car to begin with. ITS A SPORTS CAR, not a station wagon!

I would HIGHLY! i cannot stress how highly i would reccomend the S2000 as a daily driver and here are a few reasons why.

-It does have enough space for every day needs, briefcase, golf clubs, bowling balls, etc. what ever your into the space is there, the trunk is small but enough space to get through your daily deeds w/ room to spair.

-You always have somethign to look forward to at the end of the day, have a shitty day at work, put the top down and blast, no better feeling

-Never know when that perfect sunny day will be around better he ready to go topless when it comes

-Just a all around pleasureable car to drive, and drive every day!

Mine is my daily driver also.... Over the past 10 months (since i purchased it) i've put just over 30k on it. I believe it is a great daily driver.

Plus all my co-workers can see the highlight of my day is the drive home

Daily driver here. Ride can get harsh with stiff coilovers, but I've driven back and forth from Houston to New Orleans without any worries. Used to do grocery shopping until someone decided to back up into the S. Both my grandmothers (70's and 80's) have rode in the car without any complaints. I was able to fit 2 golf bags and my guitar in the trunk once.

I am buying a S2000 this week. It will be my daily driver as well. I will be getting a used full-sized extended cab pickup truck as well, for hauling stuff, snow, 3+ passengers, and towing. I currently only have a Grand Prix GTP (and access to my parents truck 10 miles away), but no way I could make it out my driveway in snow with an S2000.

Amazingly GTP + 11 inches of snow + incline = no troubles

I truck as a 2nd vehicle is the perfect solution. If you have a house, a truck is nice thing (hauling dirt, bricks, plants, furniture, whatever). I live in Green Bay, it is going to snow. Guess I will be living with the weather channel in the mornings this winter, preying for NO SNOW!

I have been driving this car 3 weeks straight and am absolutely still enjoying the purring this baby puts out ( I leave the radio off) I have a 30 min commute and love the top down at 7:30 am with the heater warming me up. I have been on vacation for the past 2 weeks and have taken this baby on a nice 700 mi roll to L.A. with my wife in tow and was able to pack a douffel bag with a weeks worth of clothes and also 5 king pillows in the trunk. She wore headphones to listen to her stuff as needed but was/is content to just sit with the wind blowing through her hair.

Just remember to have sunscreen readily available and some very nice riding sunglasses to block the hair from your eyes

Daily driver? Yup. Fun as hell, and I need some fun on the way to work.

Groceries? 20-lb bag of rice, 8 bags of groceries, books, two drum controllers for Taiko-no-Tatsujin. It's survived trips to Costco too.
