BTW, any more pics?

Interior?

I know I've seen them before, but your pictures are of good quality, which I'll use to get more opinions from family and friends on color.

My pic's aren't as good, but here are some recent pic's of my MY04 GPW. Still lovin' it!

btw, that trunk spoiler looks nice. Not usually a big fan of those, but that looks right. Is it the oem spoiler?

And yes, get those dealer stickers off the back of that car!

I am TallGuyLehigh's Dad. Good choice of color - I have always been partial to the tan leather interior, although the Silverstone/Black was terribly tempting!!!
My pictures are simply taken with a Canon A60 2.0 PowerShot.

The spoiler is OEM (despised the wing!) - I am a firm believer in that. Honda is a manufacturer with terrific design and engineering credentials - no one knows their cars better than they do. I have never been too surprised to see "modified" S2000s in Car and Driver comparisons fail to outperform the stock car by much.

Love the aggressive broad shouldered stance of the car, but want to make it a bit more so and will probably add the MY04 front lip. Still undecided about the brake calipers - liked red, but with the tan interior? Won't make any rash decisions there. Will get advertising off ASAP!!!! Any suggestions what to use - it is some sort of decal.

Thought pictures of the interior were unnecessary - everyone knows what it looks like - just thought the exterior of the car, on the grass with the trees in the foreground and backround, framed the car beautifully. Will have some more with top down and of the interior. The top is down a lot more than up, even during evening drives!!! Just love listening to that exhaust right behind the ear - I think Honda got it just right - noise levels are low during normal driving but from 3000 RPM on up, and especially at about 5000 RPM, it has a very nice rasp to it - and of course then the VTEC kicks in at 6000, and hold on(the car is broken in ). The car has noticeably more power in the lower RPM range than did the previous model - I wrestled long and hard whether to get MY04, or MY03 and the only production car I know of with a 9000 RPM redline. The tractability of the MY04 finally won me over, with seemingly losing no performance, and in fact many dyno tests of the new engine showing 10-20 more HP and more torque than MY03 and before.

I have owned Hondas/Acuras since first new Accord 4 Door in 1981. This makes the 10th in our family, and has put my nostalgia for my '65 Corvair Corsa Convertible, '68 Camaro 396 SS/RS Convertible, and '70 XKE Roadster completely out of my mind! This car blows them all away.

congrats on the new car...it looks really nice and i'm not a huge fan of white cars. so what is all of this bad talk about the wing. i haven't heard too many people saying that they like it. i think it looks sweet but maybe i'm missing something...is it too aggressive for ya'll?

What a compliment to our S.

Nicechoice of color. My friend "Bass" has the same color combination and painted the calipers Black. With the S2000 decal from decalgirl.com, it looks awesome.

BTW, just a tip. You might not want to park your car uder the trees.

I have used Stoner's Xenit citrus-based cleaner in the past to remove adhesives. I installed the OEM Black Chrome Badges this weekend, and used the Xenit to remove the adhesive residue from the original badges. It works like a champ. It seemed to be more effective if you spray it on and let it sit for a few minutes - a little difficult on vertical surfaces, but possible. You should be able to find it at the local Pep Boys, Advance Auto, etc. in the cleaning supply aisle.

Good luck and great color choice. It was my first choice too, though I am not a big fan of the tan interior (not to start up that debate again!)

The silverstone is gorgeous, but in my opinion, white is Honda's color. From their first grand prix car to the NSX-r, white has been the color Honda has used to race. Sold me

There's no other color for a Honda race inspired vehicle.

You'll did well. Enjoy the ride and the new surroundings. I lived in Roswell for a few years and there are some excellent twisty roads around that area for spirited driving. There's also some really great roads in the Chattahoochee National Forest in the North Georgia mountains.

Enjoy!

Now if Honda would put the tan in the red car and the red in the white car
