I want to have a shop build me a 2.5 inch mandrel-bent single exhaust. I don't care if it's stainless steel as I am just trying to do it cheaply. This is what I have come up with so far:

jeg's aluminized steel piping -4 feet: 12.99
2 dynomax bullet mufflers (one for resonator): 110.00

Dynomax aluminized 45* mandrel bends - 27.99 each -how many of these would I need to follow the path that the tr163, for example follows- 2? 3? 4? (i don't want anything hanging near the ground.

Also, how much does the labor cost to weld and add hangers?

I think you'd be better off going to a muffler shop and telling them what you want. Cost can vary from $250-$$$$
