Those are to add stability at high speed. I doubt most Honda dealerships will have them in stock, but they'll definately be able to get them. Can't be too much, but you never know with Honda...

A lot of people take those "curb scrapers" off... so just look for the threads where people talk about removing them, then PM one of those owners and ask them if you can have theirs. BTW... they really are ugly IMO of course

Um, you sure about that? They're pretty important - I really doubt anyone's removing them...

they are called "strakes" and honda uses them to break up air-flow at the wheels- for stability at high speeds...
unless you always drive less than 55 i would strongly recommend against removing or cutting them off.

Oh that looks like the bumper protector. Except I don't think they come from the dealer that way. Try ebay or search here for it.
