Hi Saab9-3 guy, I picked up my S2000 yesterday and it had 12 miles on the odometer. I was there to watch them roll it off the truck, and watched like a hawk as they did the PDI on it, then rolled it down to the gas station to fill it up, and then as they detailed the car! The construction is terrible, and my Lightning which I traded in was covered in a white mist by the time I finally took delivery of my S2000. I live in Silverton, which I guess is on the opposite side of the city from you. Jeff Wyler Honda was the only Honda dealer that was willing to sell to me for a little under MSRP, and also gave me the best deal on my trade-in. I've got 175 miles on her, and i'm about to cruise around once the sun goes down. I absolutely love those Xenon HID lamps!

November 2001...I walked into the dealer with the cheapest Honda on my mind
3 hours later a certified used 2001 SPA S2000 with 2500 miles was sitting in my driveway
White knuckles and all
It's worth the wait But I didn't

Put my name on the list and only 455 days later our S2K was in. That was September, 3 years ago, 22,000 miles ago, and still smiling.

I don't feel your pain. The day I walked into the dealer, I drove my S out. I did have to wait all winter as it sat in the garage though. And then it has also been on jacks for the past couple of weeks while I installed the header, gauges, painted my calipers, and fixed a dent in my trunk. It will be on jacks again as soon as I get my body kit painted and tires on my rims. Congrats on your new S!

You'll start making excuses to go run errands or something. Of course, you'll always take the long way. Sometimes, it takes me an hour to go to the store and come back. Of course, the store is les than a mile away from my house, but I always end up taking the scenic route along the beach to get to it
