Couple more q's
I'm pretty sure the dealer's use regular 10-30 oil, should i move to synthetic and/or how do i do it(do i have to flush it with something? or just replace?)
Also, i paid 19K+TTL for my 2001 with 50K miles on the clock. Did i get a good deal?
I beleive it has one owner and its in great condition (i got two brand new rear tires and getting new doorpanel). I think i paid 21K out the door with extended service plan (24K bumper-to-bumper).

If you like to change to synthetic, you do not need to do anything special, just replace the old oil with synthetic and with Honda PCX filter. Since the car has 50k miles, when you change to synthetic it will clean up the internal parts of the engine, you should change oil again at around 3k to 5k miles, after second synthetic oil change you can do 7500 miles oil change interval or 1 year whichever comes first.

7500 seriously? I thought it was the same as regular oil at 3,250?
TR-S2K gave you excellent advice.

The price is pretty decent, too. You didn't get ripped or anything.
You paid slightly more than the "Private Party" but less than "Dealer Retail." If it is in above average condition, that's a good deal.
I just paid $24.7K for my 2003 with 16K, which is between the two as well.

For conventional oil, if your driving condition is severe, then you should change oil at 3750 miles or 6 months whichever is first. If your driving condition is not severe, then you should change oil at 7500 miles or 1 year which ever is first. That is what Honda recommending for S2000.
Synthetic oil allowes you to extend the change interval up to twice conventional oil. Most newer German cars has oil change interval up to 15k miles or more with synthetic oil.
If you not confortable with longer oil change interval, then you should use Havoilne GF4 oil, this is one of the best conventional oil that you can buy at any autoparts store.

I personally would stay away from Mobil 1. It has a clear reputation for being thinner in grade and it shears.
They only reason you see their name everywhere is the same reason you see Nike everywhere. Good marketing doesn't always result in a good product.
I would suggest any of the following:
GC(German Castrol) 0W-30
Amsoil 10W-30 or 5W-40
Motul 300V 10W-30 or 5W-40
Redline 10W-30
Here is a link to a great discussion forum(Bobistheoilguy) all about oil and other lubricants.

There is a wealth of information there that would take you years to absorb. Do some basic searches for Honda, S2000, Integra, etc. and see what others there have been using in their Honda motors.

Mobil1 is recommended by Mercedes Benz's and Porsch's. If they good enough for those cars, they are good enough for my S. I have '00 E430 and it uses Mobil1 since new with OCI of 12K miles / one year, without any oil related problem.
There are many good synthetic oils, Amsoil, Redline, German Castrol ... but they are hard to find. Mobil1 can be found at Costco or Sam Clubs for about $4/quart, or about $4.5/quart at Walmart, or about $5/quart at any autoparts store. Just be sure to use Honda PCX oil filter.
