Default Correct Mirror Placement

Since this is an important issue, and the front page article wasn't as in-depth as some might have liked, here's a thread to discuss different takes on "safe mirror placement."

I use the little round spot mirrors. IMHO they work the best for blind spots.

i've also move my sides mirror wider than the normal.

As for those blind spot circle things, i would get them but IMHO i dont like the look of it. Im also looking for this mirrior that isnt flat but curve. ive seen it somewhere but not sure...

JDM (or UK) left side mirror works great as solution to this problem. Got mine from Muz and love it. But if others drive your car, warn them "objects in mirror might be closer than they appear" because they are.

Unfortunately one solution does not suit everybody.

As carlos2000 said a great many people find the JDM Convex Driver's mirror ideal to solve their blind spot problems.

You already have a passenger convex mirror so why worry about buying another for that side of the car?
