corner balancing w/ coilovers
im going to get Tein flex.. and lower it considerably..
but i dont only want to appeal aesthetically but would love for it to perform @ its best
tires would be 225/40/18 285/30/18 i know this would "promote" understeer..
from what ive heard proper corner balancing w/ driver inside.. @ the normal driving weight/etc. would be very good to do.
what are your opinions on corner balancing? worth the time/effort/$?

Not worth the time, effort or expense for a street car. Unless you are racing if it looks good it is good.
With a car being lowered so much there can only be negative effects to handling. Just get a proper alignment done and you should be set.

Also keep in mind that corner balancing can often result in slightly different heights at each corner. If you're concerned about looks, this may bug you. You won't notice a difference on the street. And even if you hit a couple of track events per year, unless you're a really good driver, you won't likely tell the diff either.
