Default Coolant Leak Problem

Looking for some insight: Coolant got in engine because I switched the IACV hose and a vac hose in intake. I drained oil (super milky), removed intake, cleaned everything, and then put everything back.
Flushed my motor with 5qt oil 3 times and each time it would look a little closer to just oil. I would crank it between 4-5 times for the first two flushes, then let it start for about a minute another 3-4 times and flush again. Then I added new coolant of a different color since I ran out of Honda blue coolant. Everything seemed fine, oil wasn't looking contaminated, and coolant system was bled too.
Flushed oil 2 more times just to be sure. On the last time, oil looked good but there was (and is)white smoke from tailpipe. At first we thought it was just condensation burning off. Checked between header and test pipe, and it was dripping the new color coolant. Popped valve cover and found some more coolant, not nearly as much, in the new color.

Compression and leakdown are good: 235, 240, 240, 245.
Leakdown: all cylinders except Cyl2 are between 4-6%, in 3 different instances, cyl2 at 8-10.

I've googled some queries to find threads that address this and the most I found was an intake mani gasket, cracked head, and cracked block.

Thoughts? I don't think it's HG but would appreciate others' thoughts. I made sure my intake was put on in sequence, from inside out, and I'm fairly sure I got the torque spec right. I do believe all my hoses are correct now, what other steps should I take?

Hoses still mixed up ? I would say the intake manifold could still have coolant in it but you said it was dripping new coolant colour. Do you have one of those phenolic intake manifold gaskets, as they can leak due to improper sealing ?
