Default Confused! Is the GTP

I am in the market for a front lip and have seen a few posts about Amuse lip. Is the GTP Amuse lip the "one" Amuse lip that most people referred to or is the "Amuse" term a generic word for such style? Please help explain as I see a lot of replicas out there.

There are alot of amuse style replicas out there. Most of the ones you see are replica. I've personally never seen a real one in person but I do know that they are fiberglass and Bulletproof Automotive carries them.

What are you, a stalker?

Kvn is correct. I had the IDi replica, which was replaced by the authentic version because I decided I didn't want any replica parts on my car anymore.

Here are some pics of the fitment of the genuine lip.

JL9000, how much modification did it take to get that kind of fit? I know that there was a problem with filling in that gap under the faux vent.

Those two are the best fitments I've seen. I would say 99%, including mine, will have the gap under the faux vents. You don't notice it unless you're looking straight down like JL900's pics anyways, so I can tolerate it.

Its a great looking lip, especially when you pull up behind someone and you can see your reflection on their car.....beautiful!!!

According to a few 4IG lip owners, as long as you have a heat gun and a few hours the fit should be great.

It took my friend two days to fit, paint the lip.
