Confirming fitment of 04 Mugen exhaust on AP1
I am looking to put an Mugen 04 exhaust on a 2002 AP1.
below is what someone said:
"You have to buy NOTHING for an 04 exhaust to fit and 00-03. You have to buy new rubber mounts to get an 00-03 exhaust to fit on an 04. (and that, not even every time, you can just reuse the 04 mounts, but they will sway more)"
Can someone validate this? thanks.

Hi,
I did exactly what you want to do.. 04 Mugen on my 2002 S AP1. The exhaust comes provided with new rubber mounts and fits perfectly with no problems whatsoever. The only very minor mod that you might have to do is to shave the bottom lip of the bumper (near the edge where the exhaust tip is) because the tip might rub a bit but it's very simple to do...
