Comptech vs. Vortech SC
If I had to go strictly on name on these two products I would go with Comptech because they have an official tie with Honda/Acura and the work can be certified through them. At the same time the general consenus is that the Vortech SC kit puts out more power. Is this because of the aftercooler? I know both Comptech and Vortech offer aftercoolers with their kit. The Comptech aftercooler is extra $$$ while the Vortech is supplied in the kit. Three questions:
1) Which kit of the aforementioned two puts down more power both in aftercooled form (some numbers would be nice)?
2) What are the cost comparisons of both aftercooled kits?
3) Who has the better record or reputation as far as reliability/service is concerned?

1) Vortech, mainly b/c it runs at higher psi in stock form (7.5) than Comptech's kit (6.5, I think);
2) Comptech's kit w/AC costs anywhere from @ $1K more, depending on where you buy;
3) I would have to give the edge to Comptech here.
FYI: There is a whole thread in S2000 Talk devoted to the Vortech vs Comptech debate. Do a search for it.
