Default Comptech Cat-back question

I bought a comptech exhaust for my Ap2. I didnt notice till i got the exhaust that it is for an AP1. Will this even fit my Ap2? I got all the gaskets and bolts for it.

My main concern is will it line up properly or is it just different in size(tips)?

any help will be greatly appreciated...

thank you,
Wilson

I might have to sell this locally (atlanta) if it doesnt fit.

I'd be pretty mad if I went through all the trouble to get the stocker off, and then my new exhaust didn't fit. But it's up to you. I'd just wait until someone that knows for sure responds here.

I said that cuz most exhausts fit ap2 and ap1. Or you can put the car on jacks and have a look , it may help too.

The bolts are all the same. It will bolt up just fine, the area of concern will be the rubber hangers; if need be just get the rubber ones off of an AP1.

Well, like most people said, you won't know until you try it. I'm sure you can find ways to make it work. If not, I am local, LMK if you decide to sell it.
