They owe me 370 dollars for my Diff Exchange?? What will happen? I already have the comptech diff, but they said 2 weeks ago it would take a couple weeks to credit me the 370 core return..
Better get on that cuz they are obviously cash tight.

Maybe someone should take a good stencil of the supercharger mounting bracket (someone who hasn't installed yet) so it can be easily reproduced.

Might be a good idea for those of you with Comptech kits in your garage (Aaron).

I don't think I have to worry about needing a replacement mounting bracket. What I'm worried about is procuring an ESM to complete my kit. I'm worried now that AEM EMS might no longer be a long term 'option'.

Tough news...

But they did seem over-priced for their products...

this f'n sucks... competition is best for US but not best for the business... given comptech was a little higher in price than most companies, they offered what I call piece of mind... customer service! Something you can NEVER put a price on.

Yes, they definitely should! There are several people out there waiting on previously placed orders, and core charges for their differentials and supercharger pulleys... not to mention the thousands of people that have products under warranty. They should continue the customer service they've become known for and at least fill people like us in on the details of these situations.

I'm going to check into what, if any, legal recourse people would have if one of the products they bought with a warranty from comptech were to fail. One of the reasons I bought my supercharger new rather than used is so that I would have a valid warranty. My initial thought is that the customer would have a valid claim... but collecting from Comptech might end up being more trouble than it would be worth.

Actually, people put a price on that every time they decide (or don't decide) to buy from the more expensive company.
